I had a wonderful time on Sunday at the 2nd International Guitar Festival in Magdeburg. It was great to have the opportunity to catch up with my old friend Christina Lux and to hear her play her repertoire from her new album as well as give a songwriting workshop with her during the afternoon. I always find it interested to hear how each musician approaches the art of songwriting and I took away a few tips from the afternoon.
It was also an honour to be included in the line up with some industry GIANTS including Stephan Bormann, Antoine Boyer & Samuelito as well as Adam Rafferty who came up to me after my concert and commented on my groove!! A huge compliment coming from the ‘Groovemeister’ himself! .
